Printers disappear at login

Hi
I would be very grateful if anybody can help with the problem below.

All my workstations a WIN2000 and log onto WIN2000 server and Novell server.
I am moving all the printers from the Novell server to the WIN2000 server and adding Win2000 printers to the users profile on the local PC.

The problem is that about one third of my users lose their printers when they log the next morning and the only way to get them back is to reboot the PC.

We had this periodically.
We installed the new Novell client and it seems to have solved it (for now)
