I have a printer connected to a Novell client via a USB connector. Remote Novell clients want to print to this printer. I try to figure out a way to do this. I think the command "Net use..." may work. Thanks for any suggestion.

The only way you can make that work is by setting up a Shared Windows printer. You can't print to a remote USB printer with Novell. Novell offers enterprise level print services and requires printers are connected either directly to the network or hanging off of the server from an LPT port.
