Printer won't print multiple copies

We have an HP Linejet printer that is on out ethernet network that we print to from an HP 9000 with HP-UX 11.1. It prints fine except that anytime we print multiple copies, only one copy comes out. I can either print with the -n or lpalt with the -n, but only one copy comes out. We have other printers that we print to from the HP-UX box and they will print multiple copies fine.

Has anyone else seen this? I've loaded the latest patches from HP.
