We are using rcc version 2.1.038. Everything is working okay, but when we attempt to set up automatic print jobs through the "Print Schedules" it shows "no printer available" in the printer dropdown box. The documentation tells us to install the printer on the web host. We have done this, but still cannot see the printer. Does the printer have to be directly connected to the web host or can it be a network printer? Is there a special configuration that we are missing? The documentation does not have much detail on setting up the printer.
