printer setting not taken when printing accpac checks

Hi all,
i have set printer settings to default custom paper size 7x5", making sure everything is pointed to the new size. also have set the printer to default printer.
however when i tried to print check in accpac 2012 version, the printer preference will still indicate letter size. i have to change to 7x5" everytime. is there any other way??

Set the paper size in the Crystal report.

thanks for your reply. i also tried the crystal report setting, and it does not work as well.

Yeah it does, done it many times.
Anyways when you print checks, before printing click on File, Print Setup and select the printer and paper size and click OK.
