Printer Separator Page

I can not get separator pages working. I am using a Lexmark Optra 1855. Properties have a separator page listed and the file exists. Any suggestions.

Are you referencing the file from the server or from the network using server name?<br><br>i.e. c:\winnt\sep.page or \\servername\share\sep.page

I am using the c:\winnt\sep.page format.

are you printing only from the server or what?<br><br>The client prints to the server/printer and tries to print (local) c:\winnt\sep.page.<br><br>try setting it to \\servername\share\sep.page and ensure that the everyone group has access to the share.
