How do you set Printer secuirty permissions globally so that when you add a new printer locally to a server the same permissions are set on the new printer as you have set on the other printers?

I don't think you can assign printing rights by default to match your other printers (I may be wrong though). Have you considered creating a template printer, share it and apply the requisite permissions. Whenever you need to define a new printer you can copy it and change the driver and driver settings while still maintaining the permissions you have applied.
