Hi,

on sco openserver 5.0.7 a strange thing happens; all the printers set up (rcmd, lp -d, network) do not print at a certain point; only a server restart solves the problem.

On what can it depend?
Does a service which can be stopped with tow and restarted exist?
Grace to everybody

are you running sysv or cups print system?

sysv -> when it stops printing check for the lpsched and lpd processes, you can restart them with "/etc/init.d/lp start"

cups -> check for cupsd process you can restart it with "/etc/init.d/cups start
