Printer queues ?

I have an issue with Metaframe 1.8 and the ICA client (program neighborhood) How can I give my users control over printing to their printer/their print queue? Lets say they print a large job, and then they want to cancel the job... right now, the job will be removed from their printer queue, but will be stuck in the queue on the server now they cannot print until I clear the queue for them.... how can i fix this? Obviously i am new to Citrix...sorry!

Give your users full control rights to the server printer queues. This does mean that they can change settings and things thou.
