printer query

I have developed a system on my local pc with a simple hp psc printer.
when i distribute the system to a user site with an hp laserjet with two trays it always wants to print from tray2, this is not the default tray
I do not hae any control over tray selection
is the answer to put the users printer driver on my pc??

I think you save the report in the MDB to print with a standard paper size using the default printer.

I use A4 as the paper size and use the default printer which in my case is an HP PCS but the user has a laserjet

Does the user have A4 in the default tray?

An update

My PCS printer defaults to upper tray, there is no upper tray and i cannot change it.
The user has a4 in tray2 and is the default
The upper tray defaults to letter
When I send new mdb where I have run a report on my printer the user, when running the report, gets the message to load a4.
So it would appear that the mdb wants to report from the upper tray.

I would just use all the defaults and have the user set the properties as needed.
