Printer Problems

I have a Ipaq desktop and i installed a application in vb with a Crystal Reports. When i send a report to print, i can see the report in the printer manager but don't come out in the printer. I tried in other computers and my report come out.
Anyone know about this?

Can you print to it from other applications? If not maybe the printer is marked as offline. Select START - SETTINGS- PRINTERS. Right Click on the printer. Is it marked as default?

Can't think of anything else right now.

yes, i can print from other application?.
but in this application i can't print.
I re-installed the application, check printer, re-installed the printer, but nothing.
