Hello,

I am not able to print from my databases. I think the last time was like two weeks ago. I was on vacations for two weeks, and when I came back my office was moved. IT came in a hooked up my computer and everything was fine. Yesterday was the first time I tried to print a report from one of my databases and I got an error " You must install a printer before you print." I printed a test page from WORD and it worked fine. Its just that I can't print anything from ACCESS. I am using OFFICE XP.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks,
Going Crazy

Make sure that you have a default printer specified in the Windows Control Panel. If this doesn't work, try different printers as the default.

Is your instance of access on your computer or on the network somewhere?

If it is on the network, are others users experiencing the same problem?

Would you happen to know if your IP Address scheme changed as a reult of your office move?
