Having problems on certain printers on our network concerning the print jobs themselves.
In certain cases when a user prints to the troublesome printers only 50% of what should be printed is printed..
What type of printing are you using? (ie. NDPS, standard NetWare printing, IP printing...)
Are you using up-to-date print drivers? What type of printers are they? -----------------------------------------------------
"It's true, its damn true!"
-----------------------------------------------------
I am using non NDPS printers.
The printers are HP1700 and HP2500C.
I have used the Windows 2000 HP drivers that came with the printers.
Could this be a general networking issue?
If so what should I look out for ?
I presume you are networking them via JetDirect cards or boxes? Have you upgraded the firmware on either? I remember having to upgrade firmware on several units when we migrated to NetWare 5.1 due to issues.
and type in your printers in the drivers and updates section to ensure you are using the correct drivers (eg.. HP2500C ...) -----------------------------------------------------

Why thank you Salserocito, the compliment is returned -----------------------------------------------------
