hi,
when i try and print fron my pc, it just reboots, i am running winxp on a fast micron pc, my ram is sufficient. i believe i may have an incorrect driver or something. what else could be the problem if this isnt it? thanks in advance for help.

Disconnect the printer. Go to Safe Mode - Device manager. Remove ALL the printers and drivers. Reboot in normal mode. Shut down and reinstall printer. You have checked to see if your printer drivers are compatible with XP? Is this a system that has been working, or a new install of XP?

hi,
i'm sorry, i forgot to say something very important, the printer is a network printer, i do have an admin account, we are running winxp sp1, with a pdc winnt. this problem is only happening on one of my users accounts, when other people login and print from the same page, it works fine. when said user tried to print, the pc crashes and reboots. i have rebuilt the whole workstation from scratch, even remade the account for the user. thanks in advance, any help is greatly appreciated.
