Printer problem associated with Citrix / Crystal report

My application to generate few crystal reports runs on citrix server. When logged on with some ids, the program is executed properly, but with some other ids, it throws the error associated with printer for crystal reports. Every other setting remains the same, except the login ids to citrix.
Have any one else encountered such problems? How can this be resolved?

I had the same problem and discovered that the installation of Crystal Reports in the Citrix server was made for the current user. The solution was to install Crystal Reports on the Citrix Server in multiple user mode from add or remove programs -> add new programs.
