printer port control

Is it possible to control the print port from procomm? I would like to be able to use it for a control interface, so I need to be able to send characters to it. I have tried the printchar command but it dosent send the character to my lpt1. Can it be selected like using the 'set modem connection' command ?

Unfortunately, this cannot be done. Procomm only supports serial connections.
