Printer Page Sizes not showing up correctly

 I have a Mac running 9.0.4. Just recently when trying to print from any application the paper sizes have reverted to default page sizes like Letter, US Letter Small, etc. and no longer list all of the different page sizes (11 x 17 Tabloid, in particular) that the printer uses.

I am using the same PPD. I updated my AdobePS to 8.8.0. Rebuilt my desktop. Nothing has made a difference. I am not using the Desktop Printer Spooler/Monitor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
