Hi.
I seem to have an odd problem. Windows 2000 workstations regularly have 'Printer Opening' in the status for the printer. The only way to fix this it seems is to do a search in the registry for the queue name and delete all references to the queue. While looking at the keys I was deleting I noticed that there were references to the servers with '\\\\server1\printqueue instead of say \\server1\\printqueue. Does anybody have a similar problem?. It only affects windows 2000 machines, and can re-occur on fixed workstations. Any insight would be great. Could this be a UNC problem?
Cheers
