I have a new HP printer on a JetDirect 300x with a share on my NT 4.0 printer server. I need to be able to install the drivers for that printer on about 10 different 2000pro and 95/98 workstations in my shop environment. The problem is that I need that printer mapped for all users who may log into each workstation. Is it possiable to install the printer driver on each 9x and 2000 box map the printer and have it avaliable for all users or do I have to somehow add it to our login script?

thanks

yes very possible.
net use lpt1: \\servername\printername

you will have to add this to the users loginscript.

also you could manally add it as administrator on each pc if you want all users to have it not just a select few.

hope this helped
