Printer not working

I have got a printer which is failing to print,displaying message "printer offline" and at times "printerhead not installed". Could anyone help me on this issue. The printer is a lexmark printer.

I have a brand new Lexmark Z65. It sometimes gives me a message saying it is not connected. I click retry and away we go! Have you contacted Lexmark?

Just guessing but it sounds like a connection problem between the print head and the carriage. In the past I have had luck with stabilant 22a from D.W. electrochemical to solve connection problems.
