Okay, been asking about this on Windows XP Pro forum but not had much luck yet, thought someone here might know, here it is:
--------------------------
Got a wierd printer sharing problem: small network, plugged into a switch, no internet connection. 2 users on each computer, 1 'admin' for control, the other 'user' (a limited a/c) for everyone else.
When logged into 'admin' on a client machine, all computers are visible on the network and printing works fine. However, when logged on as 'user' only a few pc's are accessible, unfortunately not including the one with the printer attached.
I thought this might be a 'limited a/c' problem, so I made the 'user' a/c an Administrator but STILL have the same problem!
WHat is going on?
Many thanks,
Bill.
