We use TriCerat screwdrivers to manage our printers. I have a computer policy in place (in Unfiltered) that is set to "Do not auto-create client printers". This worked fine for a while, and today all of a sudden all the users printers are being mapped via citrix, using the Citrix Universal Print Driver.
Screwdrivers printers are mapping OK.
What could cause this?
I am doing this exact same thing in a different farm, and it's working fine.
n attempt to fix this, I used the Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration in windows to disable client printer mapping. I've also rebooted both severs in the farm.
Seems that server 1 still has the problem....tons of Citrix printer mappings.
Server 2 has only screwdrivers printers.
This is causing major printing problems for our users. any ideas?
