Printer keeps reading firmware and rebootinh

Hi,

I have a Minolta QMS 2210 colour laser printer. I downloaded and flashed an updated firmware to printer yesterday. After making a few minor changes to default printer settings on printers control panel, the printer rebooted and now it keeps cycling through the same procedure:

Reads flash and veryfies image
Initialzes
Calibrates........

Reads flash and veryfies image
Initialzes
Calibrates........over and over again......

Emailed Minolta/Konica and they say I need an engineer..
Anyone got any ideas how to stop this?

tried to flash it again. Printer keeps going through it's cycle and doesn't seem to accept file again.
