Printer keeps losing default connection?

I have 5 users in our Pittsburgh airport terminal who's printer refuses to stay on the manually set default printer for their location. For some reason after restart it goes back to the previously set default printer which is in another airport terminal. These are not roaming profiles either. Any idea's?

I would say that the users profiles are either not updating to reflect the change in printer assingment. Or the users profiles are corrupt and need to be reset.

It might be a good idea to check how the users are logging off as that is when the profile updates would take place.
