printer job stays in printer queue and does not print

Hi All,
I am using Microsoft Windows 2000 Operating System in Japanese and have connected network printers. I was able to successfully print to two of my three printers. However with the third one the print job stays in the Printer Queue and never prints. I can later delete the job and it eventually (this is also slow) deletes. The printer is
HP Laser Jet 2000 Series using the PCL 6 driver. It has double-side printing possibility.
All the other users who have MS Windows 2000 in English can print. How is it that I can send the job and later delete it but it never prints? Any suggestions and I mean any.. are very welcome.

Another network admin in my department had taken this printer out of the network without letting me know.
