Printer Issues

Good Morning,
I am having an issue with a printer. It supposed to print two copies every time something is printing. Sometimes it works properly and other times it could take up to 15 minutes for the the second copy to print. I hard wired it in just incase the wifi was the issue but its still happening. Any ideas?

Hello! Try the following:
Check the print queue on your computer to see if there are any pending print jobs. If there are, try canceling them and resend the print job.
Some printers may have limited memory. If the document you're trying to print is large, it could be taking time for the printer to process and print both copies. Consider reducing the print quality or breaking the print job into smaller segments.
Turn off the printer, unplug it, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in. Power cycling can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
