printer font problem

Hi,

I've an HP 4100 series printer, when I try to print a particular document from unix workstation it prints well for me with the specified FONT, SIZE and STYLE.

But the same document is printed by someone who is sitting in our remote location, the specified settings are not printing properly, i.e., FONT is getting smaller and the specified STLYE's are also not printing properly.

Do anyone had the similar problem earlier?
What could be the reason?
It occures if apply any kind of FONT.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
