Printer Error Message

Hi everybody, have a Happy Thanksgiving Holdiay

I have a suituation of a small network share a HP laser printer with a separate printer server and all the boxes are XP Pro. They all working recently and few days ago , one of the XP pro had a printing problem. A error report printing instead of normal print out. The report is " PCL XL error Subsystem: KERNEL Error: IllegalOperatorSequence Position: 734" I tried to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall again but it s the same thing coming out. I can see the printer thru the My Network Place. All others computer are normal. Anybody seems this error message before. Thanks so much for your help.

My short list:

. Make sure the printer port, if parallel, is set in the BIOS to type ECP;
. Make sure you are using a certified bi-directional cable
. Step #8 from the link above usually resolves the issue
