printer eating up user

I have a printer on a 5.1 sp? ever time it prints a user license is used right now it is using 6 per printer 2 printer and ten users on 15 ul. not good how do i stop this?

this is not iPrint. Would like to go to iPrint is this something that can happen on a 5.1 server?

You can use NDPS on NetWare 5.1. NDPS Printers don't use a license.
