Printer drivers disappearing

After rebooting (XP Home) the printer drivers is lost.
Have re-installed several times but this still happens.
Any ideas please....

How about telling us what printer you have, if you`re on a network, what driver version (PCL5, PCL or PS) you are installing ect. [wink]

Apologies.

Its a Canon Buble-Jet 4000 on XP.
The driver for it is on the XP cd (as stated by Canon's website)
Any ideas?
