New laser printer driver install prob in win98se. Driver installs with supplied CD>when choosing USB connection, it 'creates' a port called Dot4_001,002 etc. Printer works, but using configuration utility I cant change settings>The APPLY button is greyed out, it seems to change the paper size when I choose another size, but I dont know if its using reg mode to print or not when I pick "econo-mode" ?Anybody else configure one of these HP lasers in wn98 have this prob, Ive uninstalled/reinstalled 4 times already and it doesnt change this problem. Otherwise it seems to print properly. Thanks for any ideas. Tony H .
