I have a form with numerous Command Buttons which are set to each display/view a particular report. I am trying to set another command button for each report to print instead of view (so i have the option to view the report OR print the report). The problem is, i would like the PRINT DIALOG box to appear first before the report is printed. I can easily get the report to print, but it prints to my default printer and half the time, i won't want to use that printer. I can also get the print dialog box to appear BUT it doesn't print the specific report; instead, it prints the active form.

Any suggestions on how to do both.

You will need to go to the ellipsis on the toolbox (...) and add a Common Dialog control to your form. There are tons of tutorials on the web on how to program for it, as well as in Access help.
