Printer deployment with group policy

Can anyone point me to a good instruction paper on how to do this, I am running server 2008 standard editions SP1 64bit, the print server is the same but 32bit, the clients are mostly XP Pro, I have been reading a bit, is this executable callled pushprinterconnections.exe mandatory for all xp Pro clients?

Also if the group polcy needs certain settings I would love to know about them.
