Ok I have a color laser printer that is networked. I want to be able to say yes or no for people printing things. What I want to do is let the xp pro users print their stuff to a network queue but not have it print until it is approved first. Is there a way to do that?
Thanks,
Greg

Wouldn't it be better to have the users email the color request for then you could see the contents of the print. Otherwise you would not be able to view what they want to print in the printer queue.

One way to control what is printed pause printing and only when you want something printed resume printing.
