Hello!
I have a lexmark Laserjet printer that is connected via USP. When this printer goes into "powersave" mode it looses its communication with my PC. (itr will verball say "problem communiating with the printer") The solution, every time, was to turn off then on the printer, then reboot. (winXP pro, MUCH system resources) Any sugestions so I can print whenever I wnat rather than this cumbersom workaround? thanx in advance!

Look in your bios on bootup, and turn off powers saving for the USB. I hope this helps!!!!

I looked at my bios and their where no power saving settings for the USB. Does anyone else have any ideas?
