Printer Button not present

Crystal Reports 11.


No matter what I do, the report is printing as if the paper size is 3" wide (or 3" tall in landscape).

The paper size = Letter.
Left margin = 0.2"
Right Margin = 0.2"
Top margin = 0.166"
Bottom margin = 0.18"

There is no button to choose a printer. The report, for whatever reason, is set to go to a label printer in which the paper is 3" wide. Without the printer button available, there is no way to change this option.

I've tried changing the machine's default printer - no effect.
I've tried checking the "No Printer" box - no effect.


Any ideas on how to get the printer button to appear in Crystal Reports 11

Are you talking about File > Print? Also accessable as [Ctrl]P? That should alwasys be there and give you all the printers that the PC can use.
