Printer asking for the driver

I have a Windows 2000 Active Directory Domain. I have one server that is basically do everything including Print Server. On a Normal Network, the if you want to install the printer you can just double click on a printer and it will copy the print drivers from the server to the workstation. It is usually seamless. However, with this server, when someone tries to print it states that it has the wrong drivers installed. So the user then has to browse the network looking for the correct driver. I have double checked and triple checked the drivers on the server and they are the latest and greatest. The type of printer doesn’t matter either, it happens with HP, Xerox, and Cannon.

Any help would be great.
