Hello,

I am still novice to the Crystal Reports. We are using the 8.5 version.

I have an information imported from a Microsoft Project field that ended up like this:

"John Adams.customer"
"George Washington.customer"
"James Madison.customer"
"Ben Franklin.customer"

When I created the Crystal Reports using the name of this field, let's say ->customer name, I got the output -> ".customer" on all of the records.

How can I format the field to get rid of this ".customer" in the Crystal Reports? I do appreciate your assistance regarding this matter. Thanks.

Try creating a formula to use instead of the field:

Replace ({table.field}, ".customer", "")

-k
