Hello,
Ok - thanks for the advice on how to print a number of documents all together as a book to pdf.
Now I have done this - I am experiencing some problems:-
On the TOC (I have a TOC defined for each section) I want to be able to click on the individual subsections and be taken straight to it in the document (sure there is a technical term for this - I just don't know it).
Also, on the bookmark tab in my pdf I would like all of my TOC (for each section) displayed, and as before be able to click on these to be taken straight to the relevant sections (ah ha - is this called a hyperlink...?)
Just to let you know - this is the process I go through:-
1) Select all book sections from book.
2) Click on that funny arrow thing at top right of book box
3) Click export book to .pdf
4) Choose file name
5) I have the preset set as custom, on the general tab the only check boxes not ticked are - Spreads, Visible Guides and Baseline Grids. All the other tabs (Summary, security etc....) I left alone.
6) I then click export
7) It opens without the extra functions I need.
Thanks very much for all your help.
