After rebooting for a Reports for Call Center upgrade, I have a PrintCaller Status window now. Previously, this program would run in the background (always consuming some CPU's by the way). Now in the status window I am seeing:
Getting log file location..... failed, see errors below
Getting log file location..... failed (0), retrying in 10 secs
Error Has Occured within Print Caller!
Error Number:
-1
Error Description:
Location of Logging folder is invalid
Was found in method:
Sub Main
Further Instructions:
PrintCaller has automatically been halted.
The Log files folder must be valid even if logging is deactivated.
If you are currently installing RCC please ignore this message, otherwise contact Technical Support.
