print_open - What ever happened with it?

for the life of me, I cannot get this extension any where. I have looked for a couple of days now and every link ends up not resolved or to a link that lead to a link that leads to link ... you get the picture ...

I know it is not bundled with PHP - I have xamp on windows and the php_printer.dll file is not in my ~\ext\ directory.

Can anyone point me in a direction where I can find it please!?!

OK, now I get this

I am using PHP 5.6.3 on a WIN PC running Vista Ultimate 64 ... XAMPP 3.2.1

Is it time to move my development to LAMP?
