Print visible layers?

Pretty basic, but I can't figure out how to do it:

How can I print all visible layers? (Not just the currently active / selected layer)

Do you want to print each layer individually, or combined? For the latter, save the file first, then merge all the layers and print, then quit without saving, or save under a different name.

A somewhat simpler way to do that -

Edit >> Select All
Edit >> Copy Visible
Edit >> Paste as New

Then print =)
