Here's another one that Im sure will cause synapsevampire and turkbear to go SHEESH ! LOL. You guys have helped me a bunch and I appreciate it. Here's my new question. When i run a report through Eportfolio on a client, and choose to print it locally, it asks to download and install printviewr.pdf or something like that, everytime. What have i neglected to do that is causing this? I have thumped the admin guide pretty hard looking for answers on this, but dont seem to find anything about it.

Please share your Crystal version when posting, it isn't inconsequential that I ask this of almost every post.
It's probably because you're using the HTML viewer, try switching to the Active-X (set this in preferences at the client or you can change it globally).
You'll get a better viewer and it doesn't get processed through a PDF first.
