I used to use Basic's Print Using function for formatting string output. Is there a similar function for Access 2000? Thanks.

I have no idea what you are saying, but maybe:
debug.print

In Access you may use a Report.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Thanks for your help. Thats one way to answer the question but still would like to learn VBA output without using a report. Take Care... Ronnie

You may consider the Format function.
