PRINT TRIED CALLS IN CDR, NOT ONLY FINISHED CALLS

Hi how I can view in cdr finished calls and tried calls, now I can view the finished calls but I wan view the tried calls too.

are you using auth codes? if a user dials 91900 they get a reorder (120 ips).. that never hits a trunk, no cdr, no record.. if i suspect a user i can go to 80 and

that will record every digit from that station for 24 hours.. only one station but it is a possible
