Hi,
I have a report like this,

Trade Member Checking
Res1 Res2 Tot Res3 Res4 Tot

abcdef 2 5 7 6 6 12
sdfsdfsd 4 5 9 2 3 5
Total 6 10 16 8 9 17

Now i want this below the crosstab

Production 16
Checking 17

I ahve placed a text object for 'production' and 'checking', How to place the totals below?

Thanks,
sweish.

If these are report totals just add two Running Totals with the conditions to count Production and checking.

I responded to your original post. You could also insert a second crosstab that uses worktype (the field that returns member or checking) as the row field, no column field, and a summary. You should have clarified in this post that member = production, and the name of the field for member and checking (which I believe is worktype, not sure).
