Print to Screen Problems

I have 3 users connected to a Win. 2000 terminal server to use GP/Dynamics 8.0. When one of the users prints a report to her screen, the format of the report is garbled...lines overlap one another, some lines wrap to the next line, and the font displays differently. The other two users can view the same reports just fine. All three can print to the printer just fine.

All three use the same print and display drivers. They even have the same monitors and display settings on the monitors.

Any ideas?

Solution: Turned out to be the system version of the WYSE Thin Client causing the problem. The two users who could view the reports are on version 4.2.137f and the user that couldn't view the reports had version 4.4.010f.
