Print to PDF text cut off with Paradox Report

When the employees print to Acrobat 3.01, all of the text is cut in half. I can do it with the same Acrobat 3.01 at home but it cuts it in half at their office. This will do it on all machines. If one of the employees does it a few times it will format properly. They are running NT and Windows 98SE. Any help would be appreciated.
