Print to File

This must be simple, but I've never coded this before.

I have an application with a report. The user would like the option of sending the report as an attached PDF file. I'm able to launch Outlook and attach a file easily enought. However, how do I create the PDF file and now have the distiller dialog box appear? I know the name and location where I want the generated PDF file to go. The printer device name is Adobe PDF. My intuition is that I can use the Printer object to generate the file. I just don't see how I can specify an output file name and not have the dialog box appear.

Any help would be appreciated.
