In the summaries I calculate the avg cases per agent by dividing the total agentes where # of cases for that month is not equal to 0 by the total cases.

I am trying to use to follow the Charting on Print-Time Formulas paper posted in the CR site but I am having a hard time since my report uses a formula resulting from calculation over two run totals Total Cases/Total agents'.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

If all fails, you can probably do this with the CRChart add-in product. It has superior support for using printtime values to drive the chart.
